Colleen Evans

I have been helping clients since 2014 and only work with couples and individuals 18 or older. I love to help couples work through communication issues, infidelity and rebuilding trust, premarital counseling, learning to respect each other's differences of opinion, working through financial disagreements, and divorce discernment. Regarding individual clients, I love to help my clients grow and build confidence through boundary setting, resolving codependency issues, and thinking outside of the box. I enjoy helping clients to navigate life transitions, redefine major life goals, and build confidence trough stepping outside of their comfort zone. Many issues that hold a client back or damage a relationship stem from traumatic experiences. It gives me great pleasure to help my clients learn to process and heal core issues caused by trauma. It is a life-changing experience for them, and I am honored to be a part of that journey. I also enjoy working with clients who have have had/or will …have bariatric surgery, those who have bipolar disorder, workaholics, overwhelmed mothers or fathers, caregivers, perfectionists, "over-achievers" who struggle with imposter syndrome, and clients who struggle with sex addiction or infidelity. I am currently only seeing client via hipaa compliant video, which is very convenient for those who are a tight schedule, have physical mobility issues, or have transportation challenges. I look forward to helping you to find relief and release the pain that is stealing your energy and preventing you from living your best life.
