Dr. Colleen Fritton Gardner

Terrible dr glad to see she’s not with UofM anymore !!!!

This physician has no tact and should not be treating patients. Her demeanor is off putting and she seems to not have empathy or compassion. I saw her once and was so disappointed with the visit. She talked down to me and I am wondering if she has a bias against minorities.

Dr. Gardner seems very kind and caring but also seems to be incredibly uninformed about how to work with diverse populations. Wish her attending would have taught her better. Not her fault she wasn’t given the proper education to be a competent doctor in relation to people with marginalized identities but still why I wouldn’t recommend her. Maybe one day she’ll improve in this area and lead to my review changing but til then I’ll be warning other people with marginalized identities to stay away. Her bias influencing the way she treats her patients medical conditions is what is the most harmful thing about her. Excellent bedside manner but when bias bleeds into your responsibility as a doctor that is where things can get dangerous.
