I am inspired by two careers – therapy and yoga teaching. In both, I organize around values of consent, agency, inclusivity and accessibility. As a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of California, I lead mindfulness groups for teens and helps teens and adults around issues that relate to emotional regulation, anxiety, depression and developmental trauma. I am a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) instructor and certified Neuro-Affective Relation Model (NARM) therapist.
