Dr. Colleen Blackman Staszak, DO

This physician is nothing but a pill mill. All she does is write out narcotics with all kinds of refills so she doesn't have to see her patients every month. She is so pathetic the way she treated my mother after I had an accidental overdose which was after following her prescription order. This dumb doctor should lose her license and go to jail for getting people hooked on narcotics then giving them false marks on the pharmacy report. Would not recommend this wannabe to my dog

I have been a patient for years. She is the most down to earth doctor! I feel very comfortable discussing anything with her.

CHANGE: Your patients have been with you for a number of reasons, one of which is that you are consistant in the manner in which you have been caring for them & their family; however recently that isn't true. With your new staff it is almost impossible to get a same day appointment; their lack of empathy & familiarity causes conflict. As a long time patient of almost 20 years, it's apparent that your new CORPORATE office doesn't uphold the same principles that you as an idependent practice once held true to your core. First Kathy left, then Val as we heard resigned, I hope that you are happy where you are now, as your patients amongst others are no longer a priority; and the sad part is you haven't even realized it. As making an appoinment is impossible even for the ill, and talking to you is non-existant.

Move back as a sol proprietorship - new office has abrasive staff; patients don't like change - keep the old quality of service that is why your patients adore you.

I love the way she goes the extra mile. She doesn't make you feel rushed and is eager to answer all your questions. So happy to have her in my medical corner.

Dr. Staszak has always been respectful, listening to all my concerns and ready to take care of them and be reassuring. She is definitely the best and knows her stuff!!!!!

Many times we have patients who are new to the area or don't have have a primary care doctor.- Every time we recommend Dr.Staszak. The patients are always impressed with Dr Staszak and her office.

It seems every time I make an appointment with this doctor, she is either on vacation or the office is moving. Then when I call the following week, the phone is taken off the hook so they can catch up. The office staff is rude and not very knowledgeable to say the least. I always have to make follow up calls to make sure they do what they say they are going to do. As far as Dr. Staszak, she is a very nice doctor but not worth the headache to get in to see her. Not to mention I had a Physician Assistant last time I went there.

Dr. Staszak treats three generations of my family. She has as much kindness and compassion for the children as she does the elderly.Yes, sometimes we have to wait..But we can always get in the DAY we want to be seen. And it is worth every minute of the wait. There are truly not enough doctors like this in the world
