Preop is handed to you in a book and not exactly explained or guided or followed up. I had to keep calling and hoping all these preop procedures were entered only to find I was not thoroughly accepted. Have had other surgical procedures and it never entailed all these hoops to go through. Shame on you!

Dr. Brathwaite - did an elective operation on my relative and it resulted in a severe complication. Dr. Brathwaite never cared to follow-up or apologize for the consequences on his surgery...he just disappeared....

While having pain post surgery, I called the doctor's office. I left a voice mail for the doctor's. nurse at 9:30am, but at 12:15pm still no return call. I just called again, and had to leave a new message for a different nurse. I am not in the area of their office, and do not know whom else to contact. Very disappointed with their response to my distress call.

He is one of the most caring and incredible doctors that I know of, and I have the utmost respect for him as both a Doctor and Human Being.
