I brought my son to Dr. McEvoy after he had been puking 15+ times a day after having had the flu. She was kind at first, but very quickly, based on limited information, decided I was negligent by not returning for another visit even though I had been communicating through messaging with her about his condition and the need to try different meds. His condition takes months to heal and he was improving. She didn't believe me, ordered a lot of unnecessary tests, and revoked his homebound forms which are what allowed his to miss school and get help with make-up work. He was forced to return to school still puking after a night without any sleep because of this. When we went back to see her she was cold, judgmental, condescending, and didn't listen to me. I am the one who is with him nearly 24/7, yet she didn't think my constant observations were of value, only blood tests. She caused so much harm to me and my son during a very difficult time. What she did was unconscionable
