Dr. Colton Shelby Wolfe-Sabo, MD

My father and mother were assigned to Dr Sabo over a year ago. Neither of them had actually seen the doctor despite having severe health issues like COPD, stage 4 kidney failure, Alzheimer’s, hypertension, etc. After my mother had a stroke, I had to take over their appts and because I had my first name legally changed. They refused to discuss or make appts for my father whose health is very rapidly declining. They had my old legal name on the document AND I have proof of who I am with carrying my birth certificate, drivers license and my court documents proving the name change. Then the staff got upset when the supervisor Kelly overheard my husband when she was on the phone with me call the office inept. She then refused to discuss further. This office is rude and has no standards for the Hippocratic Oath that all physicians take.
