Dr He actually is nice ,approachable even his assistant ,the reasons I didn’t pursue my tx there I was so disappointed with his receptionist I tried to get Dr ‘s note needed for my job she didn’t even listen to me instead she interrupted me right away & gave me a nasty look What an attitude! Anyway she gave me a Drs note with wrong DOB so it just a waste I didn’t bother to come or call she will just aggravate my pain Waste of time and what a frustrating experience because of that receptionist setting on right that was lastJanuary 12 2019

Came to the doctor for back pain but he ended up saying that he cannot treat us and recommended us to another pain management doctor saying that his availability is better than his. Called the doctor but it turns out that they are in the office only once a week and availability is 2 months after. So I asked him to prescribe medication for pain, he ended up opening the same medicine as my family doctor but even at a lower dosage. I don't get how he is treating someone with pain.

Presented them with a ct scan that stated a disc hernation of nearly 2cm & left foraminal narrowing. Extreme nerve problems to the point where my left leg is in pain/numb. The doctor refused to treat me & told me I had no nerve problems or needed any pain management solution because i wasn't screaming in pain like the patient next door which the walls were very thin. Prescribed me a gel that never got delivered to home and his nurse was very rude and more concerned with insulting me than helping

Awful. Rude. Barely spoke. Nurse was rude too and condescending. Gave them a ct scan that stated nerve and herniated disc and they insisted I had only a tendon problem and did not treat me. They told me that since I was not screaming in pain like the woman in the next exam room over, that I may not be in that much pain. Do not go, a waste of time and likelihood of no treatment.
