Absolutely exceptional customer service with both Shelita and Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones is/has always provided me with excellent health care and always addresses my health conditions and concerns. Dr. Jones explains everything that's going on in a manner that helps me understand in laymens terms. Dr. Jones and staff are always pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Jones!

It is almost impossible to make an appointment because 9 out of 10 times they do NOT answer the phone, and DO not call you back. I waited over 1 month to get my test results, which were faxed 3 times to their office, so eventually I had to pick them up myself and made an appointment and handed them to them. I am still waiting over 2 weeks now for my 2nd results, which were faxed (and verified) to their office and still nothing. I have been calling them just about every day several times but the front office and the nurse do not answer, and messages are not returned. Very unprofessional office. I don't whether Dr. Jones knows that this a very common thing there but if he does, then you are wasting your time and go find some one else. Dr. Jones may seem kind and respectful but ultimately he is responsible for the management of his office. Also wait times are extremely long and the office is NOT the cleanest.

The staff are really friendly they care about you. I haven't meet Dr. Jones yet.

Just moved to SC from NY and although Dr. Jones had a full schedule, he was able to see my 17 Year old daughter who has special needs and he and his staff were patient and welcoming . My family and I thank you for the professionalism and being courteous.

Dr. Jones is a great doctor. Dr. Jones beside manners are great. However, some of is staff can be rude at times. I have over heard them talking about other patients. If you need anything its best to call and schedule a follow up appointment. There are two young ladies there that's very outstanding and I hope they keep up the good work. My advice would be to reevaluate his staff.

DR. JONES has been my family doctor for the better part of 10 yrs. great dr.

He is a truly wonderful physician. I wish there were more doctors like him around.
