Conner Hosner, MD

Dr. Conner Hosner is a family medicine physician with additional expertise in sports medicine. He earned his medical degree from Central Michigan University and completed his residency at Fort Collins Family Practice Residency in 2022. Dr. Hosner furthered his training with a specialized fellowship in sports medicine at Penn Highlands Healthcare Sports Medicine Fellowship, which he completed in 2023. With seven years of experience in medicine, he provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Dr. Hosner is fluent in English.

Dr. Hosner practices at Providence Primary Care – Bridgeport in Tigard, Oregon, and maintains hospital privileges at Hocking Valley Community Hospital. His clinical focus includes managing high blood pressure conditions and providing pediatric care. He also performs allergy treatments, including both traditional and under-the-tongue immunotherapy approaches, along with general blood testing services.
