Dr. Connie Ann Chandler, MD

Dr. Chandler delivered my first child in 1978. I was away from home and my husband was in flight school at Ft. Rucker and they had no OB doctors at the time. I had to pick a doctor to deliver my precious first child from the yellow pages of the phone book. Dr. Chandler could not have been more kind, compassionate, thorough, reassuring and understanding to this scared young mother to be. My son turned 37 today and I thank God every day I found Dr. Chandler to deliver him.

I seen Dr. Chandler 29yrs ago an to this day remember the horrible experience I had when I seen her. She handled me like a side of beef when I was 140lbs & pregnant during my labor I requested pain medication an was give a Cannel tht held gas and told to breathe tht in as I was suppose to receive an epidural I didn't even when I was begging bc of so much pain dr chandler said to me how did u expect it to come out..what a thing to say to your patient in sever pain. I was told to shut up whining and breathe.. Labor & delivery was 9 hours long!! So glad when it was over. I wouldn't recommend a pet snake for dr chandler to examine then again maybe a snake so it could strike her the way she strikes others.. Dr chandler I hope in your old age you have grown to be a better dr than you were to me PITIFUL as granny use to say JUS PITIFUL !!!

I have been in the hospital twice in the last 12 months with blood clots in my lungs. The first time Dr. Chandler couldnâ??t have been any better of a doctor, she was caring and very concerned with my health. The second time I was in the hospital it was a complete different experience. She never once looked in my ears, nose, throat or lungs she had someone else to do it. After I was released from the hospital and I went in for my follow up she got upset with my because when she asked me who took me off of the comaden and I her she did. She had also told me the year before that I was not to go right back to work I was to stay home for my lungs to heal. When I asked her this time about work she said, â??I donâ??t care what you doâ??. She also told me to my face that I was FAT and I could breathe because of the weight. I left her office crying. A month later I went to a different doctor and she told me that I had so much lung damaged she was going to list me as disabled. I love… my new doctor she takes the time to lesson and talk to me. I would take a dying dog to see Dr. Chandler.

I had heard nothing but great things about Dr. Chandler. However, I got quite the opposite. She asked a couple of questions, told me I needed to go see someone else, and that she didn't DO anything. I was in a bad car accident eight years ago, and went to her for direction, not pills (as I'm sure she assumed.) Months later, I just got the MRI appointment scheduled. If I go back, it'll be to tell her she needs to work on her people skills.

dr. chandler greeted me in the emergency room. she told me to be in her office the following monday. i have no health insurance at all. her practioner treated me and she was just as good to me as dr. chandler was. they are all very friendly and have taken great care of me. i recommend this facility to everyone.
