Dr. Connie Gileun Choi, MD

I recommend Dr Choi very highly. As a patient of Dr Choi's I have gained valuable insights that have helped me to understand 'how' I function in life and 'why' I function the way I do. Further, this insight (and Dr Choi's input) have helped me to make changes to key relationships in my life and improve them in the process. She is effective, patient, probing and thoughtful. I appreciate her ability to guide me along to answers to my own questions without always giving the answer away (even when she knows). I hear her voice and guidance in the echoes of my mind and it often helps me to take the next right step when faced with a life challenge. Dr Choi maintains her professionalism, as one would expect, however she is also able to make light of situations and laugh along with you when appropriate. I can't say enough good things about Dr Choi and encourage anyone in the market for therapy to consult Dr Choi first.

Dr Choi was probably 1st in her class -- she comes across as very intelligent, even by Dr standards. She's a little aloof & detached which is disconcerting; but perhaps psychiatrists are trained to keep a measured emotional distance. Overall, a very effective and capable provider.
