Dr Conrado Apalisok Boja III

Very bad bedside manner. Did not listen to what I had to say and was very rude and condescending. I didn't even get to ask the questions I wanted to ask about a new diagnosis I was recently hospitalized for. I only went there because he was listed as my primary. I'll be finding a new doctor as I really did not trust anything he said.

He's the worse doctor and really i have to rate him NEGATIVE (-) . Something is wrong with him and he needs to pack up and retire.

Dr Boja is the worst doctor I've encountered. He is very rude and always submits the incorrect coding resulting services not being covered by the insurance provider. I have to spend multiple hours for the issues to be resolved and I am still working on it to date. I tried asking him to correct the billing codes but he hang up the phone on me refusing to correct anything. Very rude and unprofessional!!! Please save yourself from trouble and fina another doctor.

This is the worst Dr I've every come across he was so very rude, I felt like because I am a woman he treated me as if I was garbage very disrespectful. Please take his license I think he bought it he lack professional mannerisms.

Medicine doctor with no etiquette at all.

Kind of shocked at how hostile he is. The wait is horrible and he makes lots of errors. The worst part is that he tries to intimidate patients.

The wait drags and the time with the doctor feels rushed and somewhat hostile. But overall, he is outright rude or a bad doctor and he has helped me many times. Just don't expect any warm personality.

called to follow up results of blood works and Dr. Boja was annoyed being called and was so rude and unprofessional.I called his other office and requested a return call and claimed i did not call. Poor communication with office staff. I ask about the medications I should take and gave me a few names of medications and said its up to me, that was how irritated he was. I come to him as a patient and deserve to be treated with respect . I also work in Healthcare but never have i disrespected my patients. I just hope that he treats his patients well, especially the ones that have no medical background. TREAT YOUR PATIENTS WITH DIGNITY AND CARE.

I don't know where all the negativity is coming from - I've been seeing Dr. Boja for about a year now at his Teaneck office. His schedule availability is second to none. I can call up and get an appointment same day, usually at whatever time I request.Out of the dozen or so times I've seen him, the most I've had to wait was 30 minutes. On average it's less than 15. His staff is courteous and prompt, and very friendly.He has always listened to my issues, answered all my questions, and given me detailed instructions with any medications prescribed.His bedside manner is professional, with a good amount of kindness. On one occasion, where I had not done what he had requested, he showed some slight irritation. However I was at fault, and were I in his position trying to help a patient, I would have felt the same way.I have never had any billing issues.I always recommend friends/family to him, and have yet to hear any negative feedback from those that go.The negative comments are… either based upon a single bad experience, or unreal expectations.Doctors are service providers, and they are supposed to cater to the patient - I have never returned to a doctor who was unprofessional or had outrageous wait times.I'll continue going to Dr. Boja, satisfied that I am getting the service and attention I require.

Dr. Boja is a good doctor, but the worst part is getting back to patients, sending out late faxes to pharmacies (especially this), and the wait is unlike anythin I've ever experienced. 1hr sometimes 1hr 1/2. It's outrageous. He schedules patients on his cellphone without teling secretary's so all the patients overlap in time and you'll have 3 patients schedules for 10 or whatever.
