Dr. Constance Joan Bohon, MD

I like Dr. Bohon. She is easy to converse with and takes time to talk to you about everything

In this practice they don't thinks that my time is important. I have been kept waiting for over an hour.  No one came to the room to communicate what was going on, I was left waiting there.  The staff were just chatting with each other at the front desk. The billing department is even worse -- they did not submit a correct billing code to my insurance and for 8 months don't care to correct it, but, instead, continue sending incorrect bills to me. I need medication to be able to function, but won't be going back to Dr. Bohon.

Dr. Bohon was recommended to me by my friend when I moved into the area. I saw Dr. Bohon twice and liked her. Unfortunately, she is impossible to get hold of outside of a scheduled appointments. My insurance will not pay for the changes Dr. Bohon submitted -- they told me she submitted with a wrong code and has to resubmit with the correct one. I called twice her billing department -- they told me that she is the only one who can change the charges. I left 2 messages on the patient portal for her/her stuff -- no reply. I called her office 3 times, left messages, was promised that they will deliver messages to her and call me back -- nothing. I finally sent a registered letter to her office marked "personal" to make sure she will open, not someone in her office. The post office tells me that they delivered the letter. No answered from Dr. Bohon/ her staff! Never in my life I had such difficulty connecting with my doctor.

Dr Bohan is compassionate, caring and professional. She makes a great effort to make her patients comfortable.

Spent a lot of time with me, very patient and understanding.

Dr. Bohon is fantastic. I feel like I'm in good hands with her. She seems to genuinely care about my health, which I really appreciate.

I could only get an appointment three weeks out for a pregnancy test. I fully expected bloodwork, ultrasound, etc. I took time off, showed up early (as requested) and waited for my turn to see her... only to find out that she no longer does obstetrics and could not recommend an obstetrician in her practice for me to see. My visit resulted in this doctor giving me the wrong prescription. Had my pharmacist not called to clear up a question, I would have been taking birth control pills and not prenatal vitamins.

She delivered my first child (and I wish my second). She's terrific.
