Dr. Constance Patricia Cashen, DO

Would like to clarify that as of 2013 NO patients have been charged any "miscellaneous fees" that pertain to FMLA paperwork. Dr. Cashen truly loves her patients and care veru much about their post-operative care!

Her office staff was horrible they charged a 50 dollar fee for paper work that my insurance did not pay. This was for the FMLA paperwork I was assigned her doctors office because I went directly to the hospital. One of her doctors since she runs the pratice. Her staff told me there was a sign in the lobby and I should have known about it. I was never at there office since I went directly to the hospital so I never was in her office and her staff has the forms faxed directly from my employer. So they are a total rip off and will nickel and dime you with fees as much as possible. So if you got to the hospital ask for a doctor not from Toledo Surgical Associates.

Dr. Constance Cashen is a brilliant doctor/surgeon and definitely a patient advocate. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a general surgeon.

I went to my doctor several times complaining of abdominal pain and was told that the pain was more than likely coming from an inguinal hernia that I have. Not buying it, I asked a friend who she thought I should see and was told about Dr. Cashen. I was amazed that she was a doctor! She actually took the time to listen, explain and diagnos me correctly! After she explained to me what the problem was, I went home and looked it up. She was dead on!!!! I would recommend her to EVERYONE!!! She is fantastic!!!!
