Dr. Constance Ann Mumford, MD

I do not recommend anyone seeing Dr. Mumford. She was rude and unprofessional. She was not up to date on current indications for my medication even though the purpose of my visit was to simply renew my prescriptions. This appointment and my interaction with her ruined my entire day. She made me feel like I was a criminal in the office to obtain a prescription for an off-label use. The only reason I saw her was because the normal nurse practitioner I see was not in. She also took an opportunity to chastise the current care provided by normal practicioner, whom I have been seeing for several years and knows me and my medical history. However, she felt the need to judge both me and my normal practitioner within two minutes of our meeting for the first time. It is obvious she did not review my history nor put any effort into understanding why I was in the office. I am not a person that typically complains about anything and I am also not one to confront another in an… uncomfortable situation. However, I was so upset while she stepped out of the room that I decided to confront her with my experience. Although superficially apologetic, she did not respond to my concerns and was obviously trying to get out of the room as soon as possible rather than addressing the fact that she just provided substandard care. I had a follow up appointment scheduled with her that I canceled as soon as I left the office. I will never see this doctor again and will certainly never recommend her to others seeking a quality practioner.

I have been going to Dr. Mumford for years and when I had a problem I was totally disappointed in her. Something was off in my body and I told her this for over a year. She totally ignored me, didn't listen, acted like I didn't know my own body and was no help whatsoever. I went to a new doctor who listened and my problem was resolved almost immediately after battling with it for over a year.

Dr. Mumford is an awesome doctor who really listens to her patients. I am so glad to have a doctor like her. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable!
