Looking for a down-to-earth clinician to help you break down barriers such as stress, conflict,
and unhappiness? I am who you are looking for! I appreciate the opportunity to help all
individuals regardless of race, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), national

I truly enjoy teaching, coaching, and helping others accomplish goals. I believe in helping others
find their magic power while helping navigate this thing we call "life."
I have 10 year's experience as a master's level clinician and over 10 year's experience in social
services (which includes multiple settings i.e. medical, government, community mental health,
child welfare, etc.). I am licensed in the state of Ohio as an LISW-S.
I am trained in modalities such as CBT, MI, Solution Focused, and DBT to assist people in
working through life situations such as anxiety, …depression, trauma, addiction, stress
management, familial conflict, etc.
I value honesty, authenticity, and vulnerability. I believe in "meeting people where they are,"
however I will gently push you because I believe in your potential to heal and overcome! You
are the expert in your life. It would be my honor to walk alongside you on this new journey!
