Dr. Constance Maybell Sweet, MD

One of the greatest doctors I have been seen by so far in my life, Dr. Sweet is what many people refer to as a true country doctor. She spends time with you and listens to your concerns, to her you are a patient not just a dollar amount unlike every other Doctor of today. She takes the time to figure out what the problems are, not just hurries you along to get the next person in.

This woman is a quack. She cares nothing about her patients, just shoves pills at them. I was a new patient, she never asked for my previous medical records, cut me off when I was trying to explain my history, handed me a prescription and walked out. She gave me blood pressure medication without running any test and almost put me into the hospital. It dropped my heart rate below 50!

I have been a patient of Dr. Constance Sweet for as long as she has been in wysox. I am an RN with a BA & I don't believe the charges against her are in any way true. Doc., as she is fondly known as cares about her patients 7 their needs.Sometimes she is more like a friend to help calm her patients, & would never give illegal drugs to someone whom she thought would ever misuse them. I've ovrheard conversations with other patients wanting medicatioins that she stood firm & refused to give, stating the meds. that were akready given were supposed to last 30das. & why were they already needing more medications, & she totally refused to give any more medication. These are most likely the people who are saying that she gave illegal drugs because she wouldn't give them what they wanted. Doc. absolutely would never give drugs to help ANYONE with a durg addiction. She is far to conscientious to knowingly give someone she knew misused drugs any drugs to help support a drug habbit. I believe she… is being framed, mayhaps due to someone being angry with doc. herself. PLEASE I BEG OF YOU TO look into this throughly before you do any kind of judging of her character!!! She is a superb Dr.& this charge towards her is a dispiteous act by some vindictive person or persons to put her under. Believe me this has those of us who love her as a doctor & go to her regularly really upset. I had at least 11-15 calls about this horrible charge against Dr. Sweet within a short time this afternoon & folks that love Doc. are very upset. Doc. has had a terrible year health wise, can't you folks give her a break??? She is a wonderful Dr. & doesn't need this mess in her life. Would you please consider this long note & look very carefully into this charge before you do something you will be sorry,VERY SORRY, about later. Sincerely, In HIs Service,

Very cold and uncaring and that was just her staff. She spent more time telling me about her medical problems. Will not go back!
