Dr. Yiachos is a great doctor. He has patience, compassion and makes you feel involved in all decisions. Thank you for being a great doctor.

I waited 1:20 past my scheduled appointment time. The only reason for my appointment was to make a screening colonoscopy appointment. I never got to see the MD and did NOT make the colonoscopy appointment because I had to return back to work. The staff had me waste time filling out forms even though my information was up to date in the electronic medical record from other providers I had seen at Mt. Sinai. I was seen in this office 6 years prior without any incidence. I will not be returning here. I suggest the office consider hiring a Nurse Practitioner who could have screened me and given the instructions for the procedure.

I am a pharmacist and when trying to help the patient get their medications covered was a very poor and bad experience. The lady at the office who was originally helping me just hung up. To be rude and not even help the patient is not an environment I would recommend. Patients end up advocating a lot for themselves and we as pharmacist just continue to help and advocate for them. Staff personal should try to do the same for the duty of their patients

Went to him years ago, will be going back. One of the best Doctors I have ever had. Cannot say enough about him, great great bedside manner - he should have classes for other Doctors. Gives you all the time you need to understand what is going on with you. Answers all your questions. A caring Doctor.

Dr. Yiachos is a wonderful, compassionate doctor. He is kind and thorough. He really listens and spends time with you. I also found the office staff to be friendly and professional. They were very accommodating in trying to re-schedule my appointment.

Dr. Yiachos has taken excellent care of me. He is a truly great doctor who is extremely qualified. He's always makes an accurate diagnosis. He is also a very kind man. One can see how much he truly cares about his patients by the level of attention he gives them. The office staff are all very pleasant and the office is clean and very well maintained. I highly recommend Dr. Yiachos

It took me 17 minutes to make appointment. I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes and then took another 5 minutes to schedule an appointment with a receptionist who seem to have no idea what she's doing. She was rude and unprofessional, telling me that I am being "difficult" and demanding that I need to be more flexible to see a specialist (?). I called another GI physician and took 2 minutes to make appt! I won't bother calling here unless you have patience to deal with the office employees.

I have been under the doctor's care for almost 15 years and have found him to be a doctor who takes the time to explain himself in a clear concise manner. In other words, in plain English. I have had to have numerous procedures performed by the doctor and there was never a delay in getting the results. His bedside manner is caring and compassionate. He is very well regarded by my primary doctors. I find his staff to be professional but friendly at all times.

Dr. Yiachos is a very compassionate doctor and goes the extra mile to see that his patients are getting the best medical treatment possible. His staff are very courteous, professional and accommodating. I am very pleased.
