Dr. Consuela Cruden-Parham, MD

So nice. Talks to you like you're a person & truly listens. Very helpful, thorough, & explains everything so well. Really makes you feel comfortable & at ease, & like you've known her for a long time. She's very frank, which I like, & it's clear it's because she truly cares. Some drs are so detached & shuffle you out quickly, but I love that she's not that way at all. When she's with you, she's focused all on you & leaves yiu feeling like she's not only your dr but a caring friend, & you feel well taken care of.

She is rude, condescending, and refuses to allow patients to have a say in their care. Had refused multiple times to remove IUD because pt won't get a new one. The IUD is more than 2 years past the AMA approved time.

Rude waisted my time for almost 7 months all she cares about is the money

I LOVE Dr. Cruden. She delivered both of my children. She always listened to concerns and answered questions. Sad to have moved, I will greatly miss her and forever be thankful to her caring about me and my family as a friend more than a number/ patient.

She delivered my son and was fantastic!! She is professional and makes you feel so at ease

She has a rude attitude and things that we as a patient has no voice. She dresses very unprofessional sometimes. She is tow faced.

I was seeing Krista Hopkins during my entire pregnancy but then out of luck one day I got to see Dr. Cruden (same practice as Krista) WOW what a difference this made in my life! I was pregnant with my 2nd child but it felt like my first since it had been 13 years since I had been prego! The moment I met Dr. Cruden I knew she was the doctor I needed in that room delivering my baby boy. The entire time I was seeing Krista I was so disappointed and kept telling my husband I need a new doctor but time kept slipping away. I went in for an appointment and Krista was behind (they are all always behind at this place) so I was asked if I would mind seeing Dr. Cruden so I said sure. Of course like every single appointment I had been to there I had wait at least an hour usually an hour and a half! Let me tell you for me and my needs she was worth the wait. Luckily, she was the doctor on call when it was time for my son to be born (3 weeks early) he must have wanted her to be the one just as much… as me. It's possible I am with child right now (fingers crossed) and if so I will not let anyone else near me. Dr. Cruden made sure during my time at the hospital that I was as comfortable as possible but it was not forced she asked me if I wanted pain meds and when I wanted the epidural. I told her I was very scared of getting stiches and she made sure that I didn't tear a single bit! My son was in the NICU for 3 weeks she made sure I was able to stay in my room for almost the entire time he was there (remember we are discharged after 48 hours) she cared about me she really did and that is what matters not to mention she is so smart! I hope she is able to deliver my next child! Thank you Dr. Cruden, so much!!
