Dr. Corattur Sambandam Natesan, MD

Dr. Natesan has been the primary physician for a loved one. He is one of the most caring and proficient doctors that I have ever encountered. My loved one is in a Long Term Nursing Facility and we are truly blessed to have Dr. Natesan on his team of care givers.

Good doctor

Not a good experience. Long wait. Methods of processing were not efficient. One administrative secretary in the waiting room, checking people in and out. No apologies or information about waiting.

Dr Nattesan has been my doctor for the last 7 yrs. Very nice competent, caring doctor. The back staff on the other hand very incompetent. The answering machine to leave messages for medicine refill is always full. I have called over a two week period and left messages with the receptionist over a two week period and no return phone call. spoke to her she assured me that they got the messages. This was for blood pressure medication. Have called and left messages for my doctor and have to call after hours sto his answering service to get ensure that he gets the message in order to get a return phone call. He states that he never got the message. My latest frustration and last straw came when medication was sent to Faith Medical at the Shaker location for my anxiety/depression. I the pill distributiors they told me when the tablets were delivered to the Shaker location. Some how they cannot find the medication. Called them four or more times always we will give you a call… back. Yeah right. Poor service from the back office lead to very poor service by the doctor. I was giving two packets of samples for Celebrex since they cant find my medicine. I see that Celebrex is for pain my Cymbalta is for my anxiety and depression. So disgusted with these incompetent people. Had to have them call the company to have them resend the medication. With out my medication because of these morons will take another week before I get it. Once again yes we will call u when it's done. Of course no phone call. Poor, very poor service. Will be going else where when my insurance starts at the start of 2015.
