This dentist comes highly recommend from me. During COVID-19 he drive to the office at 11pm at night to put my sons front tooth back in the socket. Thankfully the tooth is already resetting and, so far, hasn’t discolored. We are grateful to him. Kim Wilson and family

My husband and I just moved to Dallas from Los Angeles, and we were hoping to find a family dentist similar to the one we have went to in California for 20 years. I have to say Dr. Milenbaugh exceeded our expectations on every level, and we have now found a permanent dental home in Texas.

They will treat you right here. Had my tooth pulled in 5 minutes. Quick healing time and the doctor checked up on me after my appointment.

I have never enjoyed the dentist experience until now. Dr Milenbaugh and his team made sure I was comfortable and at ease.

I went to Dallas Dental Specialists on a whim since it is near my home in uptown. When I arrived I immediately appreciated the openness of the office and how young everyone was. Definitely not your typical institutional type setting. Everyone was so kind and informative. I have some more work to complete so I will update after I complete the procedures.

A had a wonderful experience here...yes wonderful at a dental office! Dr. Milenbaugh is most cordial and impressively gentle while completing my procedures. His staff is politely attentive and they even have a coffee machine for us coffee lovers...yes at a dental office!
