Took a chance and changed dentists to a local office. However, they took my 7 year old child back with no option for parent to go with... okay. Did not numb for needle, okay. But nor wait for numbing to begin on tooth! Not okay! He began the cavity filling and when my child tried to tell him it hurts he said to stay still and quite. Tear filled eyes my child took it! Not Okay! I wish I would have busted down the doors, or known!! As soon as we walked out and got in car my child cried and cried, shaking. I didn’t know what to do. Almost frozen. Like foreal? Is this happening. I comforted and got home and was explained everything that happened by my child. My 7 year old was also sore for 5 days after filling. Never experienced this with any filling from a Dentist. Our whole family stopped going. I mean all, extended. Family too. Also friends. We didn’t make a fuss about it because now my husband and I believe it won’t go anywhere. I mean, I believe my child I know that pain. And… telling him or staff would only cause for defense. It’s just better to tell story and not go. I’m furious about this and it definitely traumatized my child for a couple of years. Luckily we go to a caring, gentle hand dentist for years. Have got to know him personally and my children are comfortable there. This is a big deal because millions of Americans don’t go to a dentist because of this type of event. However it’s an important part of staying healthy. I hope this helps another family.

Always satisfied with any and all work done here. Never have to wait, very friendly and professional staff. I've recommended this office to several people and we've been going here for about 5 or 6 years.

My kids and I chose this dental office based on referrals from friends. It was a great decision. Very caring staff and Dr Gotcher was very knowledgeable. Very pleased w the decision to move from an office in Lake Jackson that is known as expensive and high end to Dr Gotcher. We received even better care here.

Found our family dentist. Moved here 6 months ago and after trying another dentist in town who supposedly specialized in cosmetics, Dr Gotcher fixed the work previously done and couldn't be happier. This is "THE" office.

Enjoyed the professional staff and Dr.'s knowledge. Had a root canal and crown completed in one appointment and rave to coworkers about Dr. Gotchers ability to keep the appointment simple and painless. Best dentist I have ever been to and I have been to too many to list!! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the staff here lots more than other offices. Dr was nice and very concerned w my daughters happiness while in the chair.

My 85 yr old father needed a new set of dentures. When the Dr came in he started asking my dad if he was a military veteran and asked him about his time in the military. Who does that? That was about 70 yrs ago. The Dr even thanked him for his service and gave him a big discount for his service in the Navy. Blown Away! His dentures are doing great and now I won't ever go anywhere else. Can't say how impressed I was!!!!!
