Dr. Allen is very passionate about his pursuit of excellence when it comes to dentistry. He believes that quality care is the result of extensive education, experience, and meticulous creativity balanced with a genuine, compassionate chairside manner.Â
Dr. Allen was born and raised in Coldwater, Michigan. As an undergraduate, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University. A 2005 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, Dr. Allen finished in the top 5 of his class. While in dental school he received the Detroit District Dental Society Award for excellence in patient care.
Dr. Allen believes that continued education is the key to a successful practice. He devotes many hours to reading publications and attending educational courses on the newest procedures, therapies, and techniques for the benefits of his patients. He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Michigan Dental Association …(MDA), and the Saginaw Valley District Dental Society.
He and his wife Molly moved to Gladwin, Michigan in the summer of 2005. Together they enjoy spending time with their daughter Remy, bulldog Riley and black labrador retriever Zoey, living on the lake, and traveling with their families. Dr. Allen is avid in all sports but especially bowling and golf. He is a member of the United States Bowling Congress (USBC).
