Dr. Corey Ann Hay Conn, MD

I do Not recommend this doctor. She showed complete indifference to my daughter’s condition that she has been treating for sometime. We traveled from out of town and she refused to see her claiming we were 15 minutes late . I feel I need to mention my daughter’s condition makes it very difficult for her to walk . However with one person in her waiting room we heard her verbally tell receptionist no can’t see my daughter and would not try and work us in . If I could give negative stars I would .

I was treated wfongly

I sought Dr. Conn's help with my chronic back and leg pain, and spent over 1/2 hour with her for an initial appointment. After that one meeting, I knew I would never be back. Her attitude was condescending, and she was actually quite rude. When I asked her to repeat something, she then shouted out the words, as if I were deaf. There was no give and take, just a statement that I would "have" to undergo a surgical procedure, when I had explained from the start surgery was not an option for me. I was treated as if I were a 4 year old. I have had many pain management physicians, and all were compassionate, treating me with kindness and respect. There should be no place for a physician such as Dr. Conn.

I have a very complex medical history. I was taking pain meds not every day maybe 2x a week she then said I was addicted and to stop, but gave me no instructions how to stop. I quit cold turkey. She was arrogant to believe that only she could help because she is “triple board certified” blah blah. She tried several things that didn’t work and I finally had enough of her superior attitude. Not personable at all. I’m sorry she lost her kids maybe that’s why she is cold.

In 2012 a neurosurgeon determined that I have degenerative discs in my neck and was referred to Dr. Conn. She is extremely professional and has helped to keep me from having surgery. I have found that it is hard to be patient when you are in pain, be patient with Dr. Conn and she will help steer you through the rough spots. I highly recommend Dr. Conn.

Most memorable thing about Dr. Conn was her staff as they were incredible! Every time I called, was in to see the doctor....they treated me with nothing but kindness. As for Dr. Conn, forget it. She has to be the most uncaring, fake, MEAN, physician I have ever dealt with. Was SUPER nice upon first meeting, after that....nice no more. Was extremely disappointed and found a new doc.

Dr. Conn and all her staff are stupendous on all counts. The are the ideal!
