Institute? It's literally just him. Not a research center. When the procedure didn't work, he evaded my family member's calls when they were in really bad pain. Negligent and doesn't keep accurate records. Was obnoxious and dismissive in their follow up, which he kept cancelling

Dr Hunter is an awful dr. I have had chronic pain for about 2 years now and have been to a few drs. The initial 1st visit was the only time in office when i actually saw dr hunter. I even requested to see him and to make an appt for when i could see him and he wasn’t there when i showed up. I had an implant put in, and only his nurse practitioner has talked to me about how my pain has been. It hasn’t gotten any better, and i am still bed ridden, yet they took me off of my pain medication. I cannot move from my bed now at all, when i call to ask him or the nurse to call back because i am in so much pain i cannot move no one calls back. They told me since the stimulator isn’t working they could take it out and be done with me. Literally the stimulator was the only plan from them. No plan b,c,d. Nothing. No talk of any kind of injections, no other procedures. He is an awful uncompassionate dr who doesn’t manage chronic pain, or help to lessen it. If one thing doesn’t work he will give up… on you. I left a very compassionate dr to go to him because he is rinound in his work and it was the worst mistake i ever made. At least my other dr was literally trying everything he could to take my pain away, and would call me on the phone himself just to check up on me. He told me he would never give up until my pain was any better. That is a dr. Not someone who gives up on you because they failed.

fantastic facility. They go through my insurance for ketamine infusions which saves me thousands of dollars a year. The staff are truly wonderful and make every visit feel special for me. Patient for life now
