Your choice but I'd go elsewhere. I was told one price, charged me more. I'm still waiting for the overcharge to be returned. (From 5/6/23) They forgot me the day of my scheduled appointment. Had to prove I was not lying by sending a screenshot of their answers to me. No apology. No refund of their overcharge. They have ghosted me and anyone trying to contact them on my behalf. I feel 100% taken advantage of, especially seeing they are poking at a major ptsd issue that they are fully aware of pushing my progress back due to having to fight unnecessary deliberate triggers. So beware, be warned. Triple check any charges or you might get a nasty surprise like me.

I had been a patient of Dr Jaquez for a number of years. In general is manner is good. I've found since visiting new specialists for certain conditions that he was not providing adequate treatment when he could have easily improved conditions rather than just maintaining a not worsening conditions. This is disappointing and could have save me a few years had I been more on top of it. However the office staff really let down this practice. They are roadblocks to patient care, and their 7 day prescription refill policy is a joke, especially if you have to followup from multiple faxes by your pharmacy. They have flat out said they have not received faxes, yet it's been sent 5 times. My pharmacy reports this office is the worst for dealing with. I've had this experience for quite some time, but finding a new PCP is difficult, however I am totally done now.

This doctor has two board actions against him for substandard patient care. I was supposed to be a new patient but the office called to reschedule my appointment when I called to reschedule they told me I was a no show. How could I be a no show when they rescheduled my appointment? The doctors office probably saved my life by not seeing this doctor with two suits against him for substandard patient care. The office staff was rude. Good riddance I won’t be coming here at all

They are incompetent!

Dr. Vasquez is my medical marijuana referral physician. He is knowledgeable and gives you his full attention. I have seen him 3 years in a row after leaving a quack in Glastonbury. I highly recommend this doctor even if its not for medical mj purposes. His staff are really great too.

After many years of serious surgeries and dealing with many doctors.....being shuffled around like a number not a person, I came across Dr. Jaquez and was very pleased at his bedside manner. He is understanding, caring, compassionate and simply amazing. Highly recommend him to anyone. I wish all doctors were as wonderful as he is.

Dr. Juaquez knows his stuff about who should be allowed medical marijuana.
