Dr. Serer is a good doctor. Explained/discussed my diagnosis satisfactorily. I gave three stars b/c the staff, in Massapequa office, was very unprofessional & rude. For this, unfortunately, would deter me from recommending her office to family/friend. I had to call the office multiple times regarding issues in order to get a call back. My pharmacy also had a very difficult time getting them to call back. It hasn't been a pleasant experience, whenever dealing with a division of ProHealth care.

Great Doctor!! I have been with her for many years and she is wonderful, professional and caring.

Dr. Serer is a patient and kind individual. She takes more than adequate time to explain what is necessary, and does what she can to alleviate any concerns you may have, up t and including a tour of her area if necessary. I found her and her staff to be very, very good, and make you as comfortable as possible.

I prefer a woman doctor and Dr. Serer has a very pleasant manner..so I was very happy when I met her. We haven't gotten to finish all my tests yet but I am very pleased with her and her staff!

went to her for over 5 years,,and im still sick as the day i met her,,there office is one big waste of time,,trust me i wish i would have found another doctor sooner,in fact they didnt even tell me i had a gastro disease,they are horrible doctors in this office period

Just a terrible doctor! Has a bad attitude and dosent even speak clear english! She was very unprofessional and didnt explain anything to me! AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
