Cornelius Sullivan, MD, FACS

Dr. Cornelius Arthur Sullivan, MD, FACS, is a senior associate in Perioperative Anesthesia in the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital and an instructor of anaesthesia at Harvard Medical School. Board certified in general anesthesiology, pediatric anesthesiology, and general surgery, he specializes in pediatric perioperative anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and anesthesia care for children undergoing complex surgical and airway procedures. Dr. Sullivan is closely involved with multidisciplinary airway and esophageal treatment programs at Boston Children’s Hospital and has contributed to research focused on regional anesthesia techniques and perioperative pain management in pediatric patients. He is recognized for his collaborative, patient-centered approach and dedication to providing safe, evidence-based anesthesia care for infants, children, and adolescents undergoing advanced surgical treatment.
