The doctor is ok..... the receptionist (M.A.) has the personality of a soft “thingy”.

My young adult children's doctor retired so I needed to find another doctor. A friend recommended Dr. Toma. I took my children for their appt. and Dr Toma was ok but his office staff was horrible. Every time we need a referral we have problems with his office staff. This is a reflection of him. I never had this problem with my kids former doctor. My young adult children stated they never want to go back to his office so I am changing doctors and have filed a complaint against his office. In my 25 years with my other doctor I never had any issues with him or his staff; they were always professional and polite. I think Dr. Toma's staff needs patient customer service training. Think twice before you pick this office.

he is one of the best doctor wath I ever head he knows wher to put the hand when you are on pain and you got the right treatment !

Dr. Toma is a wonderful, caring Dr. who is kind to his paitents. The Caucasian receptionist is very rough around the edges and seems to be bothered by requests for prior authorizations and refuses to understand that some paitents can not go a day or 7 without their medication. Unfortunately she is risking a paitents life when it's not necessary. She's making decisions that should be made by Dr Toma. I do not think he is aware of that.

staff makes it easy to get appointments. dr toma is the best. wait time is long because everyone wants to see dr toma

wait time is long but it's because dr toma spends time needed with each patient. Awesome staff
