Cory Brown, O.D., graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2001. Before that, he earned a degree in biology and chemistry from Texas A&M University in 1997. Dr. Brown has been an optometrist since 2001 and is certified by the Texas Board of Optometry as a therapeutic optometrist and an optometric glaucoma specialist. His decision to become an optometrist was driven by his desire to pursue a career dedicated to serving people. What he enjoys most about being an OD is the opportunity to interact with his patients. In addition to English, Dr. Brown is also fluent in Spanish. In 2004, Dr. Brown started working at Cleburne and Family Eye Clinics in his hometown. He currently lives in Cleburne with his wife, Amy, and their children, Parker, Eden, and Lily. Outside of work, Dr. Brown enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
