Dr. Cory Calendine, MD

This was my first visit with Dr. Calendine for possible bilateral knee replacement. Upon my arrival I was taken in for a brief assessment where it was determined I needed some X-rays on both of my knees. After the X-rays were completed I met Dr. Calendine. This was one of me most caring and compassionate me I have ever met. He told me I had severe arthritis in both knees. He ask me what I wanted to do, I told him I really wasn’t ready for surgery at this point and time in my life. We both agreed to try some injections first. The nurse returned with the injections and the doctor came in and place them in both of my knees. It’s wasn’t very painful. I left his office and returned to work that afternoon. Thank you Dr. Calendine for being the kind, caring and compassionate man you are!!! I will be returning in 2 weeks for my next follow up.

Dr. Calendine did my knee replacement without cutting my quad and I did great. Read a lot about Jiffy knee and subvastus (?) approach - that is what he did. I can not recommend enough.

Saw Dr. Calendine yesterday, and had a great experience. Everyone I interacted with from Dr. Calendine to Brandon to the xray tech were all nice and helpful. Dr Calendine explained why I was having pain and what my options were. Appreciated the time he took and the help he gave me!

I was seen quickly. The x-rays and results were fast and we had a plan made to correct my issue. Very pleased with my whole experience!

My experience with Dr Calendine was excellent. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone that is having bone and or joint problems. I was unable to sleep or get any level of comfort from knee pain. The next morning, I was able to go up and down my steps without pain.. He’s the bees knees in my book

I have only had one visit at BJI due to knee pain. Dr. Calendine came highly recommended and lived up to my expectations. All staff were very polite. There was basically no wait time!

From beginning to end of my first visit to BJI everyone that I encountered was kind, friendly, and professional. Everyone even apologized that they were running late. I appreciated their consideration of my time. The diagnosis was not what I had hoped for but if I decide to have surgery, I know that I will be in good hands. The BJI and the doctors came highly recommended to me as I have four immediate family members who have had surgery with BJI so I feel comfortable committing my care into their hands.
