Dr. Corynne Ann Boyer, DO

Being in the health profession, I pick up on a lot of things. Dr. Boyer truly looks at a person as a whole and not just a symptom or easy fix. She digs deeper to what’s causing the problem instead of putting a band aide on the problem. Treating the cause instead of symptom, prevents future problems and visits. That’s my kind of doc!

Upon discharge I met Dr. Boyer for the first time. She was very unprofessional during the 3 times she was in my room to the extent of raising her voice, using a hateful tone and even went to the extent of putting her hands up in my face. I would estimate about 18" or so between her and I and all I was trying to do was ask questions and voice concerns about my completetion of treatment at home and if I was healthy enough to care for my 1yo and terminal 9yo with regards to medically induced high blood sugar levels and inability to breathe properly and I still felt as if I was smothering. I do have underlying health issues that she didn't bother to ask about or as far as I'm aware read up on. I received excellent care from a different attending as well as 2 different Pulmonologists during my 6 day stay and I didn't feel 100% safe about returning home as bad as I felt that day. I don't recommend this Dr. To anyone. I contacted hospital administration immediately but I have not heard of an… outcome. I do plan to file a complaint with the medical board as well.
