Courtney Kennison, PNP

Courtney is a nurse practitioner who is board-certified in pediatric primary care with specialization in child maltreatment. Inspired by her belief that access to consistent, holistic, trauma-informed medical care is integral to helping children and families thrive, she became a pediatric nurse practitioner. As a pediatric clinician, she sees a unique opportunity to provide a voice to vulnerable children and youth. Courtney joined Samaritan when an opportunity arose to become a medical provider for Encompass, Samaritan’s cutting-edge program designed to provide health care coordination for children experiencing foster care. Before joining Samaritan, Courtney served as a medical provider at a child advocacy center. In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
