She is mediocre at best. But the office staff is what makes the visit the most miserable it can be. We were looking for a new PCP. Someone we could entrust our care to - who would help us understand the specialists we go to. To be a central hub. When we got to the office we were accused by the vile office manager Joni of being drug seekers. We didn't then, or at any time through the appointment, ask for prescriptions as we weren't sure this was the doctor for us. This was done in the lobby, and people around us stopped what they were doing to listen in. So much for patient privacy. The "lady" taking vitals never introduced herself, and had a very combative attitude. Dr little told me I had a "condition", then they were surprised that I actually wanted to have a visit with them do discuss TREATMENT. Wow, what a concept. The patient doesn't just want to know they have something wrong, they actually want a treatment plan. Although we were not "model" after that, it was their… doing that created this atmosphere. I told dr little that I was taking my care elsewhere. To show how petty they are, they tried to send me a letter "firing" me for not fostering a good patient/physician relationship. Nice and petty there. Could've just dropped the whole thing - as I had, but they had to have the last word. I ask you - is this the type of dr and office visit you want? If not, run - don't walk - away from them.
