Dr. Courtney Wiseman

We have a seen Dr. Wiseman for a family member for over 3 years. She is the 3rd psychiatrist we have gone to and she goes above and beyond to help our family member. She has a professional no nonsense style and treats our family member with respect, but also challenges them. She actually talks to them to create a treatment plan and does not just push pills. Highly recommend.

I was working with Dr. Wiseman for a few years and she at first made me feel cared for but it’s clear there is a problem with her professionalism. Many appointments were scheduled and somehow “canceled” without notice. At Edgewood Clinical Services, her new practice, she doesn’t return calls and lied to my face saying she did but I checked my phone records and she never did. Then when I was having problems with my insurance, she said to call her directly to deal with payments and figure out a plan and she never followed through. I’m disappointed really. Her secretary Jessica also isn’t very nice and talks down to people when she checks them in or answers calls.
