I was very happy with the service I received. The staff was very friendly helpful and professional. I would recommend this service to anyone needing an eye doctor.

I needed an emergency eye appointment, immediately provided an appointment within a couple of hours. The facility is great, staff is friendly, courteous, and best of all, from the front desk staff, to the nurses they treated me like royalty! Dr. Ray immediately determined my problem to be a virus, not a bacterial infection. He planned a followup visit for 1 week, to make sure things were on track. IT WAS AN OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE, ESPECIALLY AS A NEW PATIENT!

Got me in quick and was very thorough with my issues.

Dr. Ray was very professional. Quiet but I knew right away I was in good hands. I was impressed with the laser procedure, that it was not uncomfortable and how well I can now see clearly. I noticed right away colors were brighter. The staff were very caring and cheerful. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend Dr. Ray to anyone. I went in feeling anxious about this procedure, but came out feeling great. Thank you Dr. Ray and your staff.

I DO NOT recommend Dr. Ray. He saw my father when his regular doctor was unavailable on my father's necessary schedule. When Dr. Ray called my father's name in the waiting room, the doctor didn't greet my father, didn't introduce himself, but simply turned around and walked quickly to the exam room never looking to see if my 89 year old father was keeping up. To the contrary, I saw my father's regular doctor, Dr. Linda Slade, pleasantly greet her patients, ask how they were, and walk them to the exam room. As Dr. Ray examined my father, he became irritated that my father moved his head slightly and asked his assisting nurse to hold my father's head. Dr. Ray began stating his findings to his nurse, including microscopic angiomas. He didn't bother to tell myself or my father that this was not worrying. He also told his nurse he wanted my father to have two tests. When I asked what the tests were, he turned to me again with slight irritation making me feel that I shouldn't ask him… questions. After he answered my question, he made no further comment and the nurse led us to the testing room in the building. She stated that the doctor would review the results, and if there were no issues, we could leave. It seemed very disrespectful that the doctor wouldn't end the visit with even a simple goodbye. As it turned out, Dr. Ray did come back to my father in the waiting room to say that the tests were fine. I asked him about a condition that he earlier said my father had, but didn't say how to treat. He told me the name of an OTC cleansing cloth to obtain and an eye drop of use 3-4 times per day. When I asked him if he could write the medication and directions on a prescription pad paper so I wouldn't have to remember, and possibly forget, these details, he looked irritated, said yes, and turned around and left. He didn't return, but had a medical assistant bring the written instructions to us. On a positive note, the check out clerk was very pleasant, agreed that Dr. Slade (NOT the doctor I'm reviewing) was a wonderful doctor, and said Dr. Slade was her doctor. So, in summary, AVOID Dr. Ray, and choose Dr. Slade.

Today I called the office with a little concerned. I was seen by Dr. Ray immediately. , I was treated with excellent care from everyone. Dr. Ray and his assistant took great care of me, like I was family. They both took their time to explain my course of treatment.

Dr Ray is a very special doctor He has taken care of my husband and me and we have been very blessed

I was in an automobile accident back in July ever since then my left eyelid has closed and that's not the reason why your eyelid is closed according to Dr Ray you need to have your eyebrows lifted in order for your eyelids to go up so that they don't close and then walks out of the room and leaves me with his assistant because I won't do what he wanted I will not go back even though it took me 3 months to get in to see him he's a joke

Terrible communication He did not explain anything and was totally unfriendly. He did not wait for my eyes to numb but used the tool to exam my eyes and I felt the metal on my eyes. Very uncomfortable.

Dr. Ray did my lens implants and was very caring and considerate of my needs. I found him to have a wonderful bedside manner and I still see him at this time.
