Dr. Courtney Sarro

Courtney Sarro is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about working with children and adults to learn appropriate coping skills to difficult feelings and adjusting to lifes daily changes and stressors. Courtney specializes in adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression, aggression, and trauma. Courtney completed her Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) at Stockton University. She grew up in a home with 2 adopted siblings, both with very different but significant mental health needs. This, coupled with her professional experience, enables her to provide the guidance and support her clients are seeking. Courtney uses multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and play therapy. Being a kid is hard!
