Summary
I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with specializations in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP) and primary care (FNP). Born and raised on the East Coast, I started my path to LGTC with a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, after which I worked in the medical and psychiatric emergency departments. After moving to California, I completed my FNP program at Samuel Merritt and my PMHNP certification at UCSF. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of conditions across all levels of severity. I am here to help those struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. My approach to psychiatric care is patient-centered and holistic. While medication can be life changing, I view it as one tool in the recovery toolbox. We work together to make decisions for your mental health and well-being, trusting that you know yourself better than I ever will.
In my …practice, I find it rewarding working with teenagers and young adults struggling with depressive and anxiety disorders who are trying to navigate through this era of social media, materialism, and the pressure to fit in. I’m also passionate about caring for LGBTQ+ youth and adults. I am well-versed in the unique needs and experiences of the intellectually gifted and high achievers. That said, I can work with anyone across the lifespan who needs my support. Those closest to me describe me as passionate, ambitious, and open-minded. My Zoom room is judgment-free, and a safe place to be yourself. You don’t have to struggle alone!

Ensuring Data Transparency and Trust: A Guide to Vitals Doctor Listings and Reviews
Our provider data is gathered directly from physicians and publicly available databases. Providers who verify their profiles gain the ability to update information, offering additional details about their specialties, education, treated conditions, performed procedures, and accepted insurances.
Reviews on Vitals are submitted by users only. Recognizing the valuable insights these reviews offer into a doctor's reputation, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Importantly, providers cannot delete or alter reviews independently. Reviews can only be deleted or changed following an internal assessment by our customer service team.
Your feedback is highly valued and we encourage you to contact our support team should you encounter any issues.
