Dr. Craig Douglas Anderson, MD

Dr. Anderson is an excellent doctor, but, his staff is lacking in Customer Service and follow through. The recepionist is rude and when trying to get an appointment I was advised I would need a referral. After two weeks I called back and stated she would need to get ahold of the office manager. I then get a call back and she states no referral is needed and now have to make another appointment to see the doctor first. I mention that she told me I needed a referral and her response was that she is only relaying the information. No apology for the wrong information. Although Dr. Anderson is excellent, I will not be going back to this office. I have never had a good experience with the receptionist. If you note the other comments, have the same complaints. Dr. Anderson has lost a patient due to the office's horrible service

I agree with the comments that some of Dr. Anderson's staff could be better, particularly the gal at the front desk. However, I give him 5 stars because despite the atmosphere in the office, HE. FIXES. PAIN. I am glad to put up with rude staff to get my excruciating back pain nuked for good.

Dr Andersen seems to be a great doctor, but his staff is extremely unprofessional. I see other people have commented on the front staff that greets you....she is short with you, argumentative and downright rude. But the real problem seems to be with the administrator. She refused to meet with me after we waited 6 weeks for our insurance to approve the injections. Finally talked to me on the phone and ended up threatening to call the police on me after she refused to show me the request sent to our insurance co. Come to find out that the request was never sent to our insurance. Unbelievably unprofessional. We went to another dr and had the injections within 2 weeks.I would recommend staying away from this office to avoid problems. Maybe a new administrator and front desk person would help. There was one lady, the account/bills person who was nice and helpful. A shame because dr Andersen seems very nice and competent.

Went to Dr anderson's office in unbearable pain. I waited over 3 hours to see him and was told it was a scheduling problem. He already had my mri and could see i had spinal tumor but ordered another one. After waiting 2 weeks without phone call for new mri schedule i was told they FORGOT to order mri. After finally getting new mri i was told nothing could be done as far as epideral injection because of tumor which he already knew i had in the first place and where it was at. Although i did not get any help i did receive a huge bill. I would advise NEVER to go there if you are in desperate pain, but be prepared for the worst staff ever, and no compassion. It is horrible to be in so much pain and even get in car to go to doctor much less receive nothing but a bill and terrible care. I also requested medical records and was told they do not have secure sight and would have to drive there to pick up and was told she legally has 30 days to get them. I needed them sooner and asked kindly if… she could please help me but she again said she legally has 30 days. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

He is kind and very gentle. He has taken very good care of me. I want to address 2 remarks that were posted here. #1 Dr Anderson does not prescribe pain pills willy nilly. #2 I never mind waiting for Dr Anderson. I know I will receive the same care as the person before me. You need help with pain....go see Dr Anderson.

I have been a patient since 2017 when Dr Anderson was located on skyline. He is a compassionate doctor and was able to help with my chronic severe back pain. At that time he employed competent office staff. Since Dr Anderson’s office moved to Miller Street, the front office staff are very unprofessional and rude to patients checking in. Kelsey in particular. She always has an attitude and speaks “down” to patients. The billing staff have no clue on how to correctly bill a patients insurance. I spent an hour on the phone with my insurance co and was told that I am being over bill at each visit. The billing staff submit a claim to my insurance and then they change the bill and resubmit it. Check your statements and if you have any questions, talk to your insurance first because the billing staff can’t explain their bills. I have treatment soon and once I have this done I will be searching for a new pain clinic. I really like Dr Anderson and he has helped me tremendously but I’m tired… of being over charged and treated poorly by the front staff.

With excessive wait times for treatment, I inquired as to why, and was told that Dr. Anderson failed to follow through with his part of the proper paperwork. While in pain, do I still have to wait months for treatment ????? Very Unhappy !!!!!

Office staff are awesome, the doctors there are fantastic. The office is a beautiful, clean cool building too!

your staff is yet to be desired bear the most unfunctional group I seen especially the back staff whoever takes care of your authorizations needs to be replaced She is totally incompetent and now I'm going on for weeks
