Dr. Craig A Balloon

Several years ago I had an estimate for about $40K from another dentist--implants galore--I went to Dr. B for a second opinion and ended up with recommendations for a couple of crowns, deep cleaning for a few teeth and a soft bite guard. My teeth feel great and I have great faith in everyone at this office.

There are plenty of kind and courteous dentists out there. This office is not one..The dentist has an extremely strange sense of humor. I overlooked because he always did a pretty good job on my teeth. I went in not long ago and they measured my pockets of my gums. My teeth hurt so bad I thought they were all going to fall out of my head for about a week. They are trying to push a "deep cleaning". I told them I do not want to have that done after experiencing all the pain from their supposed measurements. The office girl told me I could not come back unless I had this done. Since when does the scheduler run my life and tell me what I will and will not be doing with my body and my wallet? I have plenty more stories I could tell but am running out of space. This was the straw the broke the camel's back I guess you could say. They lost a good paying customer. I will take my business elsewhere!

While removing my wisdom teeth, he dropped the tooth into my throat, I choked, he chuckled as I choked out blood, then made a comment about how women can't swallow. Need I say more?

Although he will take children as patients, I hope they don't cry because they are nervous to get a filling when they are 7 or 8 years old. He doesn't handle kids very well.

Made the mistake of going to a corporate strip mall dentist---totally got ripped off and waited for hours to have them tell me I'd have to come back a week later---went to Dr. Balloon and was in and out with my tooth repaired in less than 45 minutes. Really nice office and staff. Definitely recommend-

I took my 80 year old Mom in because her previous dentist could not accomodate her wheelchair. Dr. Balloon was extremely kind and worked with her physical limitations to get her out of pain without any stress to her. He also gives a seniors discount! His staff is extremely warm and caring as well.

Been a patient about 10 years, love him and his staff, office is incredibly lovely as well.

Very pleased with several crowns I had a few years back and other fillings and cleanings. Staff is very kind and helpful. Feel like Dr. B really cares about his patients and their dental health. Can and do recommend!~
