Craig V. Braun, DMD – Dr. Braun came to dentistry by way of following in his father’s footsteps into Chemical Engineering. After serving in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Power Officer, he quickly realized he was searching for a profession with a more personal touch. After observing and working with a local dentist for more than a year, he knew Dentistry was “itâ€â€¦Â After graduating from Oregon Health Sciences University he began and continued to practice for the next 8 years in Salem, Oregon.
Dr. Braun worked with a premier customer service training organization in the Dental profession, Dental Boot Kamp. He was a mentor and speaker for them for 6 years, traveling across the US while practicing dentistry full time in Oregon. It was on one such trip that he met his wife, Richelle, and the move to Texas came within a year afterwards.
After meeting Dr. Sweeney and finding that he shared the same values of patient care, understanding, and the highest standards of …dental excellence, he joined the Austin Dental Spa team in July 2010. “Austin and Austin Dental Spa are definitely my home now…†he says.
Dr Braun, his wife, and their two dogs now reside in Austin and enjoy its diversity and active lifestyle.
