Good doctor cares about people

I've always thought a smart doctor who really loves what he does is a good doctor to have. Dr. Brown is top notch in listening to the patient, asking pertinent questions, diagnosing the problem and mapping the way forward. I felt like royalty while he called in my prescription and his wonder nurse took care of scheduling my next appointment. As a new patient, I couldn't be more pleased.

One of a very few physicians I have total trust in. He diagnosed, in 15 minutes, what many other Doctors had not been able to do in 5 years!

Dr. Brown is one of the most caring physican's that I have encountered. He spent a lot of time working with me to find a diagnosis. went to Dr. Craig Brown after an ER visit, after a colonoscopy and having Adrenal Insufficiency. My blood gas came back that I had Alkalosis and he claimed it was respitory Alkalosis, without running proper tests. I was referred to him for a pulmonary function test and instead he ordered a CT Scan. When I told him I had issues at times breathing - he told me to stop talking - instead of giving me a pulmonary funtion test. I later went to 2 different doctors - 1 pulmonologist and allergy doctor and both found I needed medication. 1 for asthma and the other for allergies. I also have Adrenal Insufficiency and was dehydrating in the ER room. I was recently hospitalized for 7 days as a result and it could have been hyperkalemia, not my breathing. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Craig Brown. I could have died and his medical advice was to stop talking. When I brought this to his attention - he wrote a letter to me and my previous doctor, stating it was a personality issue or something… like that. I filed a complaint witht he Georgia Composite Medical Board as a result. I recommend going elsewhere.
