This man is very rude. The office is old and dirty and so is the equipment. Didn’t listen to any of my concerns. Told me if I had such an issue to cover it with make up. Didn’t have gloves or hand sanitizer. Gave me a piece of paper to read and came and left as he pleased.

Was not interested in new patients or helping with existing cosmetic issues. Very blunt, dry bedside manner, dismissive and unresponsive to questions. Claimed to not know what a clearance letter is. Would not recommend for new patients, might be good for referrals, but wouldn't know.

I have been battling with the inside of my lips peeling for 5 years. Very painful when eating just about anything with flavor. Went to PC, 2 dentists, 2 dermatologist (before Dr B) had a biopsy, called 2 different oral surgeons who said on the phone "if it isn't surgery we can't help", went back to my PC, went to allergist who said it isn't a food allergy because symptoms aren't right but did contact testing which came back negative. Also had blood work done for immune deficeincy-negative. This year I pulled Dr. Burkhart's name off of the internet using his reviews and years of experience. He actually took the time to listen! I had all my paperwork ready to verify what had already been ruled out. No one would even try anything. HE DID!! And it healed it so that I can eat what I want without pain!!!!!!! Still working on the peeling part, but he did give me something to help stop biting on the dead skin. I still am trying to find out what is causing the peeling.
