my fiance got her gums shaved yesrerday,when she was done dr dean said she could take advil to keep ahead of the pain and that it wouldnt be very uncomfortable,then we got out front and the sergeon said,oh your gonna hurt and gave her some pain meds,so right now at 4am i am sitting hear with her and her mouth is so swelled up she could pass as a duck.she is in alot of pain.the 2 drs should have told her the same thing ,we waited untill about 9 pm for a call from his office,and finaly went to bed never got a call before 9.she didnt sleep well of course,dr dean is a very good dr but he needs to be totaly honest with his patients.her mouth is bleeding alot and her gums turned purple last night,i will be so glad when this is over,we have been at this for 6 months now.honesty is the key.if its gonna hurt,say so.

He is there to rack up your money. If you don't have expensive service done with him, he will get rid of you. Unethical

Dr Dean and associates what they don't tell you is that his associates are non providers (out of network) and it will cost you a ton of money to go there Believe me if you are not wealthy you better find another dentist don't be sorry like me I am now in debt.

I RECENTLY HAD MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH DR CRAIG DEAN.... HIS STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ...DR DEAN IS CARING AND CONCISE TO THE POINT AND ON TARGET WITH TREATMENT PLANS. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS DIRECT APPROACH AND CARING MANNER. I AM RECOMMENDING HIM TO EVERYONE I KNOW
