Dr. Craig Steven Dean, DO

I am writing to express my concern about the unprofessional behavior I experienced during my visit to AdventHealth Centra Care Deland. Dr. Craig Dean exhibited a concerning attitude and demeanor throughout my appointment, which left me feeling disrespected, dismissed, and upset. From the start, Dr. Dean's tone of voice and body language were off-putting and unprofessional. His behavior was so troubling that I felt compelled to ask him if everything was okay, as I couldn’t understand why he was treating me so poorly. I went to the clinic seeking help for my symptoms, and instead, I left feeling worse than when I arrived, in tears and questioning why I even bothered to seek care. The lack of compassion and professionalism I encountered made my visit feel like a waste of time and money, especially considering I paid a $50 copay. I understand that healthcare providers may have busy days, but the attitude I experienced was unacceptable.

Dr. Dean is a compassionate, intelligent, and professional physician. My husband and I were delighted to hear he has relocated back to the area.

I think he is the best, i don't know how many doctors i visited and was not comforable with untill i found Dr Dean
