Dr. Craig Kennet Deligdish, MD

My father was being treated by Dr. Deligdish in 1991 for his cancer. I remember my father getting some news that he was slightly improving which caused my father to feel that there was some hope of recovery. When he expressed this to Dr. Deligdish his response was 'you will die under my thumb, Mr. Townsend". From that day forward my Dad lost complete hope and his whole outlook on his cancer changed and he was never the same. I remember hating Dr. Deligdish for saying that to my Dad. And by the comments that are written here it doesn't seem that he ever changed his ways.

The most negative interaction ever with a physician. 1st time in office was told I needed a referral, had to reschedule (they had my insurance info well in advance). Dr. Deligdish, is condescending, shows NO compassion, is short (he never sat down, spent 2-3 minutes with me, stood by door. I was post major abdominal surgery and had recently moved from out of state. He let me run out of my pain medicine and wouldn't prescribe anything, no compassion. referred out for pain management too late

Best dr ever if you dying go to him he will fix u if he can.

Total time waiting -almost 2 hrs, total time in room 7 minutes. When you are your own advocate and ask pertinent medical questions about your rare cancer, he will scream back, are you a doctor???? Doesnt want to answer any medical quuestions, tries to make you feel horrible when you are already cancer ridden. He will order unneeded tests just for the money. NO THANKS. GO ELSEWHERE.

This man is so money hungry I wouldn't put it past him to dilute chemotherapy treatments so he can pocket more cash. Wouldn't let him see my dog

Horrible Doctor!

I am at my 10 year mark , cancer free . I am seeing some negative comments about Dr. Deligdish , Just because you may not agree with his personality , does not mean he is not a great oncologist . I credit Dr. Deligdish with saving my life and I believe him to be a Dr. Who is extremely serious about his patients cancer. I went to Orlando to get a second opinion from a top oncologist at the time I was diagnosed . They told me he was right on and an excellent Dr. I have since sent other people to him , without hesitation. I am so grateful to this man. And he is far from rude or cold .

I am a patient that receives a med by I.V. therapy. One day there was myself and another gentleman having the same I.V. it was taking longer because at the time they did not have an electric pump. We hit the 5:00 mark and Dr. Deligdish came in the room, he pointed at us and said to a member of his staff, "what are "they" still doing here?" We looked at one another in disbelief. he then said to her, "get them out of here" I never went back there again. He was rude to his staff and extremely rude to two patients right in front of our faces. Terrible person!

My husband was recently diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer and we referred to an oncologist and we were very disappointed in that providers bedside manner. I was at my pharmacy, very distraught with the care we were receiving and my pharmacist highly recommended Dr. Craig Deligdish. I called Dr. Deligdish's for an appointment, the office staff was very helpful in scheduling an appointment within 3 days of my call. My husband and I were very pleased with the compassion he showed and the bedside manner was very comforting. He continues to treat my husband with utmost compassion and he is highly knowledgeable in this field of oncology. We are forever greatful for his kindness.
