Dr. Craig Roger Dufresne, MD

In 2017, Dr. Dufresne performed my rhinoplasty with septoplasty. I was left with a poor result with a significant dorsal hump. A year later Dr. Dufresne charged me for a revision rhinoplasty with the intention of removing the hump. I ended up with a “polly beak,” the dorsal hump remained, my tip was extremely over rotated and unacceptably shortened. After two years my nose began collasping internally obstructing my airway. My nose was ruined, I was devastated! I spent many months consulting with top surgeons on the East and West coast, some turned me away due to the severity. I was fortunate to find an esteemed surgeon in Chicago specializing in botched rhinoplasty correction. After enduring a six hour complex surgery requiring multiple grafts, my nose was sucessfully rebuilt. It wasn’t until after the surgery I learned the extent of the damage Dr. Dufresne inflicted on my nose. In the end, Dr. Dufresne’s deficiencies cost me over $36,000 to correct. I do not recommend Dr. Dufresne… for rhinoplasty/septoplasty.

Dr. Dufresne is a true artist and the best in his field. I have had several procedures over several years and have kept a natural but ageless look!

I have had several surgeries with Dr. Duphresne. I had breast cancer and he made my experience so easy. His medical skill and knowledge as well as complete compassion was unparalleled. I would never trust anyone else to operate on me!! He spent so much time with me throughout each surgery. I also went to him for dermal fillers. He is the master in my opinion!

I love, praise, and dedicated and owe my life to Dr Dufresne. He is the most incredible Doctor on the face of the earth. He saved my life through extensive reconstructive surgeries. unfortunately through Lipo and tummy tuck with another irresponsible Doctors in Vienna I lost 70% of my abdominal wall. Dr Dufresne with the latest of technology and his specialty rebuild my entire abdominal wall , my back and my legs. Amazing Doctor. He treated me not only with extremely professionalism but with passion and caring that I can't even put measure on it He truly revived, and gave my life back. One Doctor took almost my life, put me in thirty days cumma and left me alone and blamed his poor service on bacteria. and another Doctor, doctor Dufresne took 100% responsibility through the entire 12 surgeries saved not only my body but my soul. I wish I could find words to tell everybody what kind of doctor my dearest Dr Dufresne is. To me he is my angle that gave my wing back to fly through my… life again. His office staffs are amazing. millions of hugs and tears in his office , they walked me through an amazing journey to find my way back to life again. I just had a face lift and my eyes done by Dr. Dufresne. I couldn't be happier. One of the things I like most about him is his ability to make you look very natural. Another great attribute is his ability to listen intently and then show you what he is going to do to give you the best results. He is so compassionate and caring. I believe he is a genius. His office staff have been with him for years and they are a great team. They are professional and warm and do their jobs well. When I had my follow-up, he was fabulous. Dr. Dufresne is the only doctor I would ever trust to work on my face. I give him the highest rating in all areas.

Every single thing was perfect...especially my new nose. I am so lucky to have found Dr. Dufresne and his staff. Upon meeting Dr. Dufresne: He is a gentleman, he listens to your wants/needs, he is extremely professional and kind and explains his plan of action. After waking up from surgery: I found that he is also an artist, highly skilled, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. My new nose is adorable, fitting, and very natural. Side note to potential rhinoplasty candidates: Yes, the nose will be swollen in the beginning, but just you wait and see - it will be amazing! Bottom line is that I trust Dr. Dufresne. I have had other elective surgeries with other doctors in the area. No one comes close to this man's expertise!

As a patient of Dr. Craig Dufresne for the past 11 years, I have had both major facial surgery as well as minor procedures such as filler injections and removal of skin lesions. I have been very pleased with the results and with Dr. Dufresne's skill level. I find him to be extremely competent, knowledgeable, and meticulous in his field of practice. I feel comfortable and confident knowing that he utilizes a conservative approach, and will always improve, not negatively/radically alter, my appearance. I trust his judgment and his many years of experience. On a personal level, Dr. Dufresne, as well as his entire staff, have always been very kind, caring and accommodating toward me as a patient. On a few occasions when I've had a somewhat urgent question/issue, both he and his staff have always been very responsive and supportive. For example, post-operatively after major facial surgery, I felt the need to contact Dr. Dufresne about a concern I had at 3 AM one night. Even… though it was the middle of the night, he promptly called me back and kindly advised me what to do. On another occasion, when I was due to have sutures removed from a small excision, and was delayed in traffic for well over 45 minutes past my appointment time, Dr. Dufresne graciously waited for me to arrive, even though this was on a Saturday, and I was probably his last patient of the day. As a nurse myself, I cannot say enough about Dr. Dufresne's skill as a plastic surgeon, and would highly recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic or reconstructive surgery.
