Dr. Craig Matthew Fetterman, DO

This is only in regards to paying a medical bill for Dr. Fetterman's services that my husband had at Kenmore Mercy. The number on the bill could not take the payment over the phone, and directed me to send a check or money order to a PO Box that was not at his office locations. I could not make the payment over the phone or online. The phone number listed under Buffalo Niagara Hospitalists (that lists his name) just rings and rings and never picks up. I called Kenmore Mercy, and they directed me to areas that could not accept payment. It would be both convenient and more resourceful if other payment options were presented to ensure the payment goes to the right place, and that the phone number listed on the bill can assist with taking the payment.

I would not recommend this Dr to anyone! Dr. Fetterman has horrible bedside manner. Unfortunately, my family had to deal with this Dr on 3 separate occasions. Which will never happen again! After speaking to several other patients they had the same reaction. Disturbing that the health care system would consider Dr. Fetterman as one of the top ten Dr.s. Dr. Fetterman was by far the most arrogant person my family and I have ever come in contact with! Soon others will realize the same.

This doctor does not have an office. We have been trying to get information for days and he has not been available. When he finally did come along, we asked for infomation and he left the room for a phone call, said he would be right back - and never came back. It is not clear if he even looked at the file or if things are going bad because he is not paying attention.
