Dr. Craig Stephen Gordon, MD

Office receptionist(s) need to be more courteous.

Love Dr. Gordon, but I don't know what's happened with his staff. I had to call back 3 times to get a procedure date changed. No one ever returned my calls. He's wonderful, but the staff is lacking for some reason.

Dr. Gordon is polite, charming, has a good sense of humor, and seems to spend enough time with patients--at least on the initial consultation. That said, there is a huge disconnect between his projected personality and the efficiency of his office. There were several of topics that needed addressing regarding my exam. Each and every one of them required multiple calls to the office Vmail system (no one answered the phone unless I chose the "medical provider" option). Simple matters that should have taken minutes instead took days to accomplish (and/or correct). Then, the facility that he uses for surgical procedures (that he is part owner of) discharged me without any papers or signatures.... The procedure went fine, but for your own sanity--pick another doctor.

I had a colonoscopy and was given poor prep instructions. I was sent for further testing and had to pursue my own follow ups. I should have had a 100% insurance coverage but because it was coded wrong I had to pay all of my deductible and copays. There was no discussion with me prior to the procedure. Would NOT recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon since 2003. I have complete trust in Dr. Gordon. He is a very caring and dedicated doctor. He is always attentive and takes the time to answer all my questions. He is my #1 physician and I wish I could see him for all of my health issues.

I am a new patient but so far I am very satisfied with my experience. Dr. Gordon is easy to talk to, and it is obvious he cares about his patients.

Outstanding physician with experience and great communication skills. Gets to the problem quickly. Makes you feel that you're really his #1 concern.
